ORDER FILED. Sidney R. THOMAS, Eric D. MILLER, Holly A. THOMAS Pursuant to the prefiling review order entered in Docket No. 09-80097, the court has reviewed the application for authorization to file a second or successive 28 U.S.C. 2254 habeas corpus petition. The application fails to make a prima facie showing under 28 U.S.C. 2244(b)(2), and is so insubstantial as to not warrant further review. Accordingly, it will not be permitted to proceed. See In re Thomas, 508 F.3d 1225 (9th Cir. 2007). Application No. 25-7867 is therefore denied. All pending motions are denied as moot. This court will not entertain any further filings in this closed case. DENIED. [Entered: 05/27/2026 03:56 PM]
