THOMAS) An order remanding a removed action to state court for lack of subjectmatter jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1447(c) is not reviewable on appeal or otherwise. See 28 U.S.C. 1447(d); Acad. of Country Music v. Contl Cas. Co., 991 F.3d 1059, 1066 (9th Cir. 2021) (court of appeals may review district courts characterization of remand order only to determine whether courts assertion that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction was colorable); see also Kunzi v. Pan Am. World Airways, Inc., 833 F.2d 1291, 1293 (9th Cir. 1987). This court lacks jurisdiction to review the December 1, 2025 remand order. This appeal is therefore dismissed. See 9th Cir.
