ORDER FILED. Appellant Demian Dominguez, prison identification number 1044289, is proceeding in forma pauperis and has filed the form authorizing prison officials to assess, collect, and forward to the district court the fees for this appeal. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1) and (2). This court assesses an initial filing fee that equals 20 percent of the greater of: (A) the average monthly deposits to appellants prison trust account; or (B) the average monthly balance in appellants account for the six months preceding March 30, 2026, when the notice of appeal was filed. Payments will not be made when funds in the account total less than $10, but payments will resume when funds become available. The clerk will serve this order and the authorization form on the Attorney General for the State of NV who must notify the agency or prison authority responsible for administering payments for this appeal. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(2). Each payment should be accompanied by the district court and appeals court docket numbers for this case and a record of prior payments made for this appeal. ORDER FILED. Appellant was permitted to proceed in forma pauperis in the district court and has filed a completed prisoner authorization form. Appellants in forma pauperis status continues in this court because it has not been revoked. See Fed. R. App. P. 24(a). The motion (Docket Entry No. 5) to proceed in forma pauperis on appeal is therefore unnecessary. Appellants motion (Docket Entry No. 4) filed in this court to order the transcript is denied without prejudice. Transcript orders must be made to the district court and designate the specific transcripts ordered. See 9th Cir. R. 10-3 (Within 14 days of the filing of the notice of appeal, appellant shall file a transcript order in the district court, using the district courts transcript designation form and shall provide a copy of the designation form to the court reporter.). If appellant wishes to seek production of transcripts at government expense, he must file a motion requesting that relief and indicating the specific transcripts requested.
