ORDER FILED. FRIEDLAND and BADE, Circuit Judges. The motion for leave to file a reply in support of the petition (Docket Entry No. 27) is granted. The petition for permission to appeal is denied. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(f); Chamberlan v. Ford Motor Co., 402 F.3d 952, 959-60 (9th Cir. 2005) (describing factors this court considers in analyzing a Rule 23(f) petition). The unopposed motion for an extension of time to file a motion to file documents under seal (Docket Entry No. 21) is granted. The unopposed motions to file documents under seal (Docket Entry Nos. 13, 22, and 26) are granted for the purposes of this petition only. To request sealing of the material in any future appeal, the parties must file new motions and should not rely on this order. The clerk will file publicly the motions to seal (Docket Entry Nos. 13.1, 22.1, and 26.1). The clerk will maintain under seal the petition and its exhibits (Docket Entry Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12), the answer and Exhibits A-F, H-K, and N-O (Docket Entry No. 24), and the reply (Docket Entry No. 28). Within 21 days, petitioner must submit for public filing redacted versions of the petition and the reply. The page numbering in the public versions must remain the same as in the sealed versions.
