It also appears that appellant may not have received the courts April 30, 2026 order because he is out to court until July 17, 2026. The June 3, 2026 dismissal order (Docket Entry No. 3) is therefore vacated and this appeal is reinstated. Within 21 days after the date of this order, appellant must submit a completed prisoner authorization form.
