ORDER FILED. The court consolidates Appeal Nos. 26-831 and 26-2794. The district court has denied appellant leave to proceed in forma pauperis on appeal for these consolidated appeals. The court grants an extension of time to file a statement in response to the order entered on April 17, 2026 in docket No. 26-831.
