On May 20, 2026, the district court dismissed appellants complaint for failure to comply with Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 8, and granted appellants leave to file an amended complaint. Appellants did not file an amended complaint, and the district court entered judgment on July 6, 2026. Within 21 days, appellants must file a statement explaining why the issues to be raised in this appeal are substantial enough to justify full briefing.
