ORDER FILED. Appellants motion (Docket Entry No. 4) for reconsideration of the July 10, 2026 clerk order is granted. The July 10, 2026 order (Docket Entry No. 3) is vacated. The district court docket reflects that appellant paid the fee for the district court action. The fees for this appeal are due. Within 21 days, appellant must pay $605 to the district court and file proof of payment in this court or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. If appellant does not do so, the court will dismiss this appeal. See 9th Cir. R. 42-1. The district courts June 16, 2026 order certified that any appeal would not be taken in good faith under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) (An appeal may not be taken in forma pauperis if the trial court certifies in writing that it is not taken in good faith.). If appellant elects to file a motion to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis, within 35 days appellant must also file a statement explaining why the appeal is not frivolous.
