The clerk will strike appellants deficient and premature submission at DE 6. Appellants are informed that the transcript deadline provided in this courts Time Schedule Order (DE 2) is the date by which the court reporter must file the transcripts in the district court. See 9th Cir. R. 11-1.1. The parties are responsible for providing the portions of the transcripts that are relevant to deciding the appeal as part of their excerpts of record, which must be submitted at the same time as a partys brief pursuant to 9th Cir. R. 30-1, or as exhibits to motions or other filings. Appellants shall submit excerpts of record, including the relevant portions of the trial transcripts, at the same time as their opening brief.
