On January 30, 2026, this court ordered respondent David Elliot Kenner either to agree to a reciprocal suspension based on the suspension imposed by the California Supreme Court or to show cause why respondent should not be reciprocally suspended. Respondent failed to respond to the courts order. Respondent is therefore reciprocally suspended from the practice of law in this court based on his suspension by the California Supreme Court.
