Order entered on 3/17/2022 granting Motions to Alter/Amend/Correct. On March 15, 2022, the Court received three Motions from Diamond Foundry, Inc. (Diamond Foundry). With regard to Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File an Amended Summons (ECF No. 6), the Court GRANTS the requested substitution of the Corrected Summons, pursuant to U.S. Court of International Trade ("USCIT") Rule 15(a)(1), which allows a party to amend its pleading once as a matter of course within 21 days after serving it. The Court further GRANTS Diamond Foundry's Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint (ECF No. 7), as well as Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File an Amended Notice of Appearance and an Amended Disclosure of Corporate Affiliations and Financial Interest (ECF No. 8). In both instances, the Court does so once again with recourse to USCIT Rule 15(a)(1). The Clerk shall immediately substitute Diamond Foundry's Corrected Notice of Appearance and Corrected Disclosure of Corporate Affiliations and Financial Interest. (Related Doc #s #6 , #7 , #8 ).
