The Court vacates those portions of the Clerk's taxed costs 322 discussed, totaling $53,169.72. The Defenda nt's Motion for Reconsideration of Taxed Costs 328 is granted in part, insofar as the Court finds that the costs taxed by the Clerk should be increased by $11,792.07, and denied in part in all other respects. The total costs assessed aga inst the Plaintiffs are $14,457.33, and the Judgment 313 is deemed amended to reflect this amount.
