Crocs' 107 Motion to Dismiss Plaintif fs' Corrected Consolidated Amended Complaint is granted, and plaintiffs' claims against Crocs in Counts One, Two, and Four of the Corrected Consolidated Amended Class Action Complaint are dismissed. This case, and all claims asserted therein, is dismissed. All other motions are denied as moot, by Judge Philip A. Brimmer on 2/28/11
