ORDER granting in part and denying in part 6 Signature Flight Support Corporation's Motion to Dismiss, or in the alternative, Compel Arbitration. That part of the motion seeking dismissal of this action is denied. That part of the motion see king to compel arbitration is granted. The parties shall proceed to mediate and, if necessary, proceed to arbitrate their dispute according to the provisions of the arbitration agreement between them. This action is stayed in all respects pending t he resolution of such mediation or arbitration.
