P. 60(a), I enter this order to correct my omission of defendant Jefferson Center for Mental Health from my previous order 93 directing the entry of judgment in this case. JUDGMENT SHALL ENTER in favor of the defendants, Elaine Cooper, L.P.C., David Newcomb, C.A.C., III, Lori Lamm-Swanson, L.P.C.., Vicki Rodgers, and Jefferson Center for Mental Health and against the plaintiff, Joseph James Schneider. The defendants are AWARDED their costs to be taxed by the Clerk of the Court pursuant to FED. R. CIV. P. 54(d)(1) and D.C.COLO.LCivR 54.1.
