Plaintiff BigSky's 11 Motion for Summary Judgment and Defendant Hartford's 12 Motion for Summary Judgment are GRANTED insofar as they s eek a determination as a matter of law. However, because all of BigSky's claims are premised upon the terms of an insurance Policy under which the Court has concluded that Hartford has no obligations to BigSky with regard to the State Court Action, judgment shall enter in favor of Defendant Hartford and against Plaintiff BigSky on all claims. The Clerk of Court shall close this case, by Judge Marcia S. Krieger on 08/05/2010.(wjc, )
