The 14 United States' Uncontested Motion for Final Order of Forfeiture is GRANTED and forfeiture of defendants $30,000.00 in United States Currency, 54.4 Kilograms of Ketamine, and 2,073 grams of Sildenafil Citr ate, including all right, title, and interest is hereby entered in favor of the United States. The United States shall have full and legal title to the forfeited property and may dispose of said property in accordance with law. This Final Order of Forfeiture shall serve as a Certificate of Reasonable Cause under 28 U.S.C. § 2465. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter Judgment as to the defendant property and upon entry of Judgment, shall close this case, by Judge Marcia S. Krieger on 10/04/2011.(wjc, )
