ORDER and Order to Show Cause; It is ORDERED that on or before 3/31/2016, Plaintiff shall show cause in writing whyhis claims against Defendants Supervisor or Director of the Colorado Department of Corrections Inmate Canteen Services or Industries and Union Supply Media/Union Supply Group Board of Directors and Share Holders Rancho Dominguez, California should not be dismissed without prejudice pursuant to Fed.
