There is no sound reason to stay proceedings regarding attorneys' fees to await the Tenth Circuit's ruling on the jurisdictional effect of the fact that the Court has not yet entered an actual award of fees. Plaintiffs and the Denver Defendants are reminded that the hearing on Plaintiffs' Motion for Order to Show Cause Why Former Denver Defendants Should Not Be Held in Contempt of Court #108 will commence immediately following the close of the bench trial scheduled to begin on April 17, 2017, between Plaintiffs and the Second Judicial District.
