September 13, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 187 ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiffs' Motion to Stay Fee Petition in Abeyance Pending Resolution by the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit #184 . Plaintiffs' deadline for filing the materials required by D.C.COLO.LCivR 54.3 expired on September 8, 2017. The Court in its discretion sua sponte extends this deadline to Monday, September 18, 2017.
