ORDER by Magistrate Judge Michael E. Hegarty on 01/04/2017. The Court concludes that the ALJ failed to apply the correct legal standards in evaluating the opinion evidence and in analyzing and fashioning the RFC with respect to Plaintiffs headaches. Therefore, the decision of the ALJ that Plaintiff Kristen Bradley was not disabled since 12/14/2011 is REVERSED AND REMANDED to the Commissioner for further consideration in accordance with this order.
