Filing 133 OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING MOTIONS TO DISMISS AND DISMISSING ACTION: The Court GRANTS the Defendants' Motions to Dismiss 30 , 32 , 66 , insofar as the Court DISMISSES Mr. Witts First Claim for Relief under the RICO Act for failure to state a claim under Rule 12(b)(6). Upon that dismissal, the remaining claims by Mr. Witt and all claims by Mr. Lane are DISMISSED for lack of federal subject-matter jurisdiction.
