ORDERED that, pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 41.2, this action shall be administra tively closed and the parties shall proceed with arbitration in accordance with the terms in the parties Stipulation and Mutual Agreement to Arbitrate [Docket No. 48 at 2-4].
