Claim 1 is DISMISSED IN PART WITHOUT PREJUDICE as to all parties in their official capacity and Sergeants Iverson, McNulty, Strait, and Strole, in their personal capacity; c. Claim 2 and Claim 4 are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE; d. Claim 5 is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE; and e.
