Offutt Farms Co., and R.D. Offutt Company-Northwest are awarded their reasonable attorney's fees under Colo. Rev. Stat. § 13-17-201. Within fourteen days of this order, defendants shall file a motion and affidavit in accordance with D.C.COLO.LCivR 54.3.
