Given the Parties' representations regarding upcoming mediation, this court finds good cause to extend the expert discovery deadlines in part. Said deadlines are extended as follows: Designation of Affirmative Experts due 5/15/2019, and Designation of Rebuttal Experts due 6/19/2019. However, given that discovery is not set to close until 8/1/2019 and dispositive motions are not due until 9/1/2019, this court does not believe the requested extensions of these two deadlines is warranted. To the extent Plaintiff serves the remaining individual Defendants and the Parties needs more time to conduct discovery as they approach the August 1 deadline, the Parties may jointly move for a Status Conference to discuss the progress of discovery and what additional needs they may have.
