ORDER: Because the Plaintiff purports to assert both claims for a collective action under the Fair Labor Standards Act and claims under state law on behalf of a class under Fed. R. Civ. P. 23, for the reasons stated in Oldershaw v. Davita Healthcare Partners, Inc., 255 F.Supp.3d 1110 (D.Colo. 2017), the Court sua sponte bifurcates the FLSA claim from the remaining claims arising under state law. The FLSA claim shall proceed and the state law claims are stayed indefinitely, to be addressed only upon the conclusion of all proceedings relating to the FLSA claims. By Chief Judge Marcia S.
