Filing 32 ORDER: This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's motion to stay proceedings #31 pending the anticipated filing, by December 21, 2018, of a motion for default judgment as to all defendants. The Clerk's entry of default as to all defendants was entered November 16, 2018 26 . Upon consideration of the motion, the court record, and the factors in String Cheese Incident, LLC v. Stylus Shows, Inc., No. 02-cv-01934-LTB-PA, 2006 WL 894955 (D. Colo. Mar. 30, 2006), and being otherwise fully advised, the Court finds a stay is warranted. The motion #31 is therefore GRANTED. Accordingly, other than for matters related to the anticipated motion for default judgment, the case is stayed until otherwise ordered by the Court sua sponte or upon motion filed by any party. This stay is based on Plaintiff filing its motion for default judgment by December 21, 2018.
