MINUTE ORDER re: #8 Letter filed by Plaintiff. Plaintiff states the instant action was opened prematurely and he requests that this action be placed on hold. That request is DENIED and Plaintiff is advised that he must cure the deficiencies as previously directed if he wishes to pursue any claims in this action. In order to cure the deficiencies Plaintiff must file on the proper forms a Prisoner Complaint and a complete Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 along with a certified copy of his inmate trust fund account statement and a signed authorization to calculate and disburse filing fee payments. Plaintiff shall have up to and including October 31, 2018, to cure the deficiencies. Plaintiff's request for five Prisoner Complaint packets is DENIED because the court does not provide multiple packets. Instead, the clerk of the court is directed to mail to Plaintiff, together with a copy of this Minute Order, one Prisoner Complaint packet, by Magistrate Judge Gordon P. Gallagher on 10/17/2018.
