That Plaintiff's Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed under 28 U.S.C. 1915, ECF No. #3 , is denied. That Plaintiff shall have thirty days from the date of this Order to pay the entire $400.00 filing fee if he wishes to pursue his claims in this action. That if Plaintiff fails to pay the entire $400.00 filing fee within the time allowed, the Prisoner Complaint and the action will be dismissed without further notice.
