ORDER: This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs' motion to "strike" #45 their Amended Complaint #43 . The Amended Complaint was filed on the same date in which the Court had granted Plaintiffs until January 3, 2019 in which to file an amended complaint 42 . Upon consideration of the motion, and being mindful that Plaintiffs appear pro se, the Court construes the motion as a request to withdraw the Amended Complaint and GRANTS the motion #45 . The Amended Complaint #43 is hereby withdrawn. Plaintiffs are reminded they must comply with all rules, including the Local Rules of this District and the Civil Practice Standards of Judge Raymond P. Moore. See ECF No. 28. Thus, unless an exception applies, Plaintiffs must confer with opposing counsel before filing a motion and certify they have conferred. D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.1. ORDER: Upon consideration of Defendant JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.'s Unopposed Motion to Dismiss, and being otherwise fully advised, the Motion #41 is GRANTED. Plaintiffs' complaint against all Defendants is hereby dismissed without prejudice but Plaintiffs are granted leave to file an amended complaint. Plaintiffs' amended complaint must be filed on or before January 3, 2019. Plaintiffs are reminded that although they appear pro se, they must still comply with the applicable rules and case law.
