ORDER: This matter comes before the Court with the filing of Defendants' Motion for Extension of Time #23 . This Court's Civil Practice Standards clearly state that when moving for an extension of time, a party must show "good cause." Civil Practice Standard IV(J)(1). Time away from work for the holiday season does not constitute good cause for the requested extension. Nonetheless, the motion is GRANTED. The Court forewarns defendants' counsel that the Court will be disinclined to grant any further extensions absent a showing of extraordinary circumstances.SO ORDERED By Judge Raymond P.
