December 6, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 3 ORDER STRIKING CASE AND IMPOSING MONETARY AND OTHER FUTURE SANCTIONS. That this action is stricken, and Plaintiff is assessed a monetary sanction of $400. That pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(f)(2)(A) Plaintiff shall pay to the Clerk of the Court a monetary sanction of $400 to cover the cost and expenses of this action. That if at this time Plaintiff lacks funds to pay the $400 sanction, he will be allowed to make installment payments based on the formula articulated in 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(2). That, under the installment plan, Plaintiff is required to make monthly payments of twenty percent of the preceding months income credited to his prison trust fund account until the $400 sanction is paid in full. That the Clerk of the Court shall send a copy of this Order to FLM/Legal Svcs~@bop.gov. IFP on Appeal is Denied. The Clerk of the Court, therefore, shall return unfiled to Mr. Young any future initial pleading received by the Court from him that is filed pro se and is not submitted on a Court-approved form or does not comply with the filing restrictions entered in Young v. United States, No. 14-cv-00073-LTB, ECF No. 24 (D. Colo. Apr. 22, 2014), by Judge Christine M. Arguello on 12/6/2018. (mailed as ordered) (evana, )
