If the parties believe vacating the Scheduling Conference is appropriate, they shall file the appropriate motion by 2/22/2019. Moving forward, the parties should never assume that court ordered deadlines and hearings will be vacated sua sponte. Instead, the parties should file the appropriate motion for the relief sought.
