Filing 12 MINUTE ORDER On January 10, 2019, the Court issued an Order Directing Mr. Bonde to cure filing deficiencies within 30 days. (ECF No. #3 ). The same day, Mr. Bonde filed a Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 (ECF No. #4 ). On February 6, 2019, Mr. Bonde filed a Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Under 28 U.S.C. 2241. (ECF No. #8 ). The Petition is not submitted on the court-approved form, as required by the January 10 Order. The Court will afford Mr. Bonde a final opportunity to submit his 2241 Application on the court-approved form. Mr. Bonde is reminded that the proper respondent to a habeas corpus application is his current legal custodian. The Clerk of the Court is directed to send to Mr. Bonde a copy of the court approved Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241. Mr. Bonde shall resubmit his claims on the court- approved form within 30 days from the date of this minute order.
