ORDER OF REASSIGNMENT OF REFERENCE TO MAGISTRATE JUDGE. This matter has its factual nexus in Mesa County, Colorado. According to the Court's Revised Jury Plan for Random Jury Selection, this case is therefore properly designated for Jury Division 3.
