That within fourteen (14) days of this Opinion and Order, to the extent it continues to hold Mr. Diaz-Ceja pursuant to 8 U.S.C. 1226(a), the Government shall take Mr. Diaz-Ceja before an immigration judge for an individualized bond hearing in which Government shall bear the burden to demonstrate by clear and convincing evidence that he is a danger to the community such that no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably assure the safety of the community; A status report is DUE the earlier of three days following the completion of the bond hearing or fifteen (15) days from the issuance of this Order.
