ORDER DENYING #10 Motion to Reset Scheduling Conference. The Court does not find good cause for the Motion. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Motion is DENIED. The Court finds no need to reset the Scheduling Conference because, in part, defense counsel has indicated that another attorney is available to attend. The Scheduling Conference is intended to set the Schedule for this case - not argue case strategy or the propriety of certain depositions. The Scheduling Conference is not the appropriate forum to address a dispute of the nature raised by Defendant in the Motion. To the extent the parties believe that a discovery dispute is ripe for Magistrate Judge Crews' intervention, they are directed to follow Section E(3) of his Civil Practice Standards after sufficiently conferring among themselves.
