Filing 6 MINUTE ORDER In response to the Order Directing Plaintiff to Cure Deficiencies (ECF No. #3 ) Plaintiff has submitted on the wrong forms a Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed on Appeal Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 and Fed. R. App. P. 24 (ECF No. #4 ) and a Complaint for Violation of Civil Rights (Prisoner Complaint) (ECF No. #5 ). Plaintiff will be given one more opportunity to cure the deficiencies and must do so on or before February 21, 2020. Plaintiff is reminded that the action will be dismissed without further notice if he fails to cure all of the deficiencies within the time allowed.
