Filing 9 ORDER: In order to minimize the possibility of exposure to the COVID-19 coronavirus to users of our courthouse facilities as well as court employees, the Scheduling Conference set in this matter will be held telephonically. No personal appearance will be allowed. The court waives its usual prohibition on the use of cellphones for participants; however the court requires that any user of a cellphone remain in a stationary location where reception is optimal until the conference is concluded.
