MINUTE ORDER On March 12, 2020, the Court issued an Order Directing Plaintiff to Cure Deficiency and to Show Cause within 30 days. (ECF No. #4 ). On April 6, 2020, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Extension of Time (ECF No. #5 ) in which he requests an additional 60 days to respond to the March 12 Order because he is in quarantine in the medical isolation unit. The Motion (ECF No. #5 ) is GRANTED in part as follows: Plaintiff shall cure the filing deficiency and respond to the Order to Show Cause on or before May 27, 2020. If Plaintiff requires a further extension of time, he shall file a motion before the deadline supported by good cause. Failure to comply may result in dismissal of this action without further notice, by Magistrate Judge Gordon P. Gallagher on 4/7/2020.(evana, )

ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO CURE DEFICIENCY AND TO SHOW CAUSE within thirty(30) days from the date of this order. Any papers that Plaintiff files in response to this order must include the civil action number assigned to this case. That Plaintiff shall show cause, in writing, within 30 days from the date of this Order, why the federal statutory claims against the non-resident Defendants, which are based on federal criminal and bankruptcy proceedings in Oregon, should not be dismissed for improper venue. That, if Plaintiff fails to show cause or cure the designated deficiency within thirty (30) days from the date of this order, the action will be dismissed without further notice. The dismissal shall be without prejudice, by Magistrate Judge Gordon P. Gallagher on 3/12/2020. (evana, )
