ORDER: Due to the continuing complications caused by the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus, the Court has issued General Orders 2020-3, 2020-6, and 2020-8, which, among other things, reflect an effort by judicial officers to reschedule hearings or to convert hearings to telephonic appearances and to reschedule civil and criminal trials through July 6, 2020. Accordingly, the Scheduling Conference set for June 29, 2020, is vacated but will not be reset at this time. The parties are still required to file their proposed Scheduling Order and their Magistrate Judge consent form no later than June 22, 2020, in accordance with #9 Order.
