P. 72(a) and (b), this case is referred to the assigned United States Magistrate Judge to (1) convene a scheduling conference under Fed. R. Civ. On the recommendation or informal request of the magistrate judge or on the request of the parties by motion, this court may direct the parties to engage in an early neutral evaluation, a settlement conference, or another alternative dispute resolution proceeding. ORDER: Due to the continuing complications caused by the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus, the Court has issued General Orders 2020-3, 2020-6, and 2020-8, which, among other things, reflect an effort by judicial officers to reschedule hearings or to convert hearings to telephonic appearances and to reschedule civil and criminal trials through July 6, 2020.
