MINUTE ORDER In response to the Order Directing Plaintiff to Cure Deficiencies (ECF No. #4 ) Plaintiff has submitted a Prisoner Complaint (ECF No. #6 ) and a Prisoners and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 (ECF No. #5 ). Plaintiff, however, has failed to cure all of the deficiencies because he has not submitted a signed authorization to calculate and disburse filing fee payments. Plaintiff will be given one more opportunity to cure the remaining deficiency and must do so on or before June 1, 2020, if he wishes to pursue any claims in this action. Plaintiff is reminded that the action will be dismissed without further notice if he fails to comply within the time allowed, by Magistrate Judge Gordon P. Gallagher on 4/30/2020. (evana, )
