See (Doc. #5 at #7 ) (requesting "the Court to issue an immediate injunction"). The terms of Local Rule 65.1 apply to both represented and unrepresented parties. Further, a "pro se litigant still must comply with the rules of procedure, including local rules." In re Hopkins, 162 F.3d 1173 (10th Cir. 1998) (citing Green v.
