Filing 10 MINUTE ORDER On July 6, 2020, Mr. Dyer filed a Letter (ECF No. #9 ) stating that he did not receive a copy of the June 17, 2020 Order directing him to file an amended application (ECF No. #5 ) and requesting a 30-day extension of time to comply with the order. The request is GRANTED. The clerk of the court is directed to resend to Applicant a copy of the June 17 Order. Mr. Dyer shall file an amended application, in compliance with the June 17 Order, within 30 days from the date of this minute order. The Court granted Plaintiff leave to proceed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 in an order dated June 15, 2020 (ECF No. #4 ). The clerk of the court is directed to send Mr. Dyer a copy of the June 15 Order. Mr. Dyer's Letter asking the Court to mail him two "service packets" (ECF No. #7 ) is DENIED as unnecessary. Plaintiff is incarcerated and is not responsible for effecting service in this action.
