Before the Court are Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion to Vacate the Court's July 15, 2020 Order ("Motion") #18 and "Amendment to Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion to Vacate the Court's July 15, 2020 Order (ECF #6 ) and to Convert the September 14, 2020 Scheduling Conference to a Settlement Conference" ("Amended Motion") #22 . All named Defendants have been served; as such, the Court denies Plaintiffs' Motion #18 as moot. Accordingly, Plaintiffs' request seeking to convert the scheduling conference to a settlement conference is denied in part without prejudice. However, in light of Plaintiffs' unopposed request to vacate the September 14, 2020 scheduling conference and the non-appearance (thus far) of two Defendants, the Court will grant in part Plaintiffs' motion as follows. The Scheduling Conference currently set on September 14, 2020 is vacated and rescheduled to September 30, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. in Courtroom A-501, on the fifth floor of the Alfred A. Arraj United States Courthouse located at 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado.(cmadr, )
