Filing 8 MINUTE ORDER, by Magistrate Judge Gordon P. Gallagher on 8/24/2020. In response to the Court's Order Directing Plaintiff to Cure Deficiencies (ECF No. #4 ) entered on July 15, 2020, Plaintiff has submitted an Order to Show Cause for an Preliminary Injunction and Temporary Restraining Order and a request to appoint counsel (ECF Nos. #6 , #7 ). But neither of these filings cure the deficiencies as ordered by the Court and both are denied without prejudice as premature. Plaintiff has not submitted a complete court-approved form Prisoner Complaint. This form was mailed to Plaintiff on July 15, 2020. To proceed with this action, Plaintiff must first cure the deficiencies as ordered bythe Court on July 15, 2020. Plaintiff shall have up to and including September 23, 2020, to cure the deficiencies. Plaintiff is reminded that the action will be dismissed without further notice if he fails to cure the deficiencies within the time allowed. The clerk's office is directed to mail to Plaintiff, together with a copy of this Minute Order, another blank copy of the following form: Prisoner Complaint (and the applicable instructions)forms mailed as ordered.(apesa, ) |
