ORDER This matter is before the Court on #10 Plaintiff's Motion to Amend Complaint (the "Motion"). Plaintiff's Motion fails to comply with D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.1(a) (establishing duty to confer) and D.C.COLO.LCivR 15.1(b) (requiring motion to amend pleading to be accompanied by a redlined version of the proposed pleading). However, given the nature of the amendment (i.e., correcting an error in the name of a defendant pointed out by a defendant) and in the interest of judicial economy, the Court GRANTS the Motion and the Clerk of Court is directed to enter Dkt. No. 10-1 as Plaintiff's Amended Complaint. Plaintiff is cautioned, however, that future failures to comply with court rules may result in filings being summarily denied or stricken.
