Plaintiff shall, within 21 days from the date of this minute order, submit a certified copy of his trust fund account statement showing the current balance in his inmate trust account (or the institution's equivalent) and the account activity for the past 6 months. If such a statement is not available, Plaintiff shall provide a detailed statement, along with a copy of any Inmate Kite Forms, explaining his efforts to obtain the account statement along with an explanation of how prison officials (who must be identified) have refused to provide him with the statement. Vague or conclusory allegations will not suffice. Alternatively, Plaintiff may pay the $400.00 filing fee. Failure to comply with the Court's order will result in dismissal of this action without prejudice and without further notice. (rvill, ) |
