February 22, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 14 MINUTE ORDER. In accordance with D.C.COLO.LAttyR 15, I find it is appropriate to appoint counsel from the Civil Pro Bono Panel for Plaintiff in this case. Plaintiff filed his Complaint as a pro se prisoner and is unable to retain an attorney by other means. Additionally, the appointment of counsel is warranted based on the nature and complexity of the case, the potential merit of the claims, and the interests of justice, including the benefits to the court. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the Clerk shall select, notify, and appoint counsel from the Pro Bono Panel to represent the Plaintiff in this civil case. Although the Clerk will immediately begin the process of selecting counsel, Plaintiff is advised that, if counsel is not found or until counsel enters an appearance, he remains responsible for all scheduled matters.
